IASPEI Early Career Scientists Group (ECSs)

The IASPEI Early Career Scientists (ECS) group has its roots in the IUGG 2023, where the need arose to build a network between the ECSs in the field of seismology and physics around the world (Figure 1). The overall aims of the group are to:

• Foster international exchange between IASPEI ECSs members
• Provide spaces for ECSs to exchange, develop ideas, and get feedback
• Increase the visibility of IASPEI for ECSs
• Organize dedicated activities for IASPEI ECSs at upcoming conferences
